Where to eat Udon?

I love Japanese food, and I’m always on the look out for good plus value for money for Jap cravings! Marugame Udon recently opened in Bonifacio High Street, and I highly recommend it for Udon (and they really have good Kaarage!). With the scorching heat in Manila during lunch time, you’ll be surprised that this place has a line outside, and mostly with Japanese in line (so you know already you’re getting an authentic taste of Japan!). The prices are reasonable starting at P95 for Udon, up to P270 only. Kaarage and Tempura are only P60/piece! With the fast food, self service queuing, lines are moving quick since food is served right away, you don’t have to wait too long outside, it’s definitely worth the visit.

Where can I eat Mexican-American-Japanese food?

The most common recommendation might be eat in a buffet, but the answer would be in Moe’s Southwest Grill, Watami, and Texas Roadhouse in Uptown, BGC. Since these 3 restaurants are by Bistro Group, you can actually cross order from these 3, just ask the waiter to bring the menu. I’ve eaten here on numerous occasions craving for all sorts of food, and random orders from the 3 restaurants. I recommend sitting in Watami or Texas Roadhouse then just order from Uncle Moe’s for the restaurant feel vs fast food vibe in Moe’s.
